Please enter your "Company Name" and then
begin by first selecting carrier. Next, enter PRO # and finally, select
"pre-paid" or "collect". When you have entered all shipments click on
"SUBMIT PRO'S" at bottom of the page. If you have more than 10 shipments
to submit -please submit a full form and then return to the form to submit
additional shipments.
